概述
Overview
CKAS-FLQW990气体涡轮流量计采用先进的超低功耗单片微机技术，智能化电路设计，集流量探头、微处理器、压力、温度传感器于一体，采取内置式蛆合，使结构更加紧凑，可直接测量流体的流量、压力和温度，并自动实时跟踪补偿和压缩因子修正，采用液晶点阵汉字显示，显示位数多，读数直观方便，可直接显示工作状态下的体积流量、标准状态下的体积流量、总星，以及介质压力温度等参数，可输出频率脉冲、(4~20)mA模拟信号并具有RS485接口。
CKAS-FLQW990 gas turbine flowmeter, featuring advanced ultra-low power consumption single-chip microcomputer technology and intelligent circuit design, integrates the flow probe, microprocessor, pressure, and temperature sensors. The built-in combination enables the flowmeter to be more compact in structure and to perform direct measurement of the flow, pressure, and temperature of fluid, and automatic real-time tracking compensation and compressibility factor correction. The lattice LCD with Chinese character display featuring many display digits and intuitive and convenient reading can directly display parameters such as the volume flow in working conditions, the volume flow and total flow in standard conditions, medium pressure and temperature; it can output frequency pulses, (4~20) mA analog signals and is equipped with RS485 interface.

流量计选型实例
Example of flowmeter selection
已知某一供气管线的实际工作压力为(表压)0.8MPa~1.2MPa,介质温度范围为-5C~+40C,供气量为3000~8000Nm2/h(标况流量)在不考虑天然气组分的情况下，要求确定流量计的规格型号。
It is known that the actual working pressure of a gas supply pipeline is (surface pressure)0.8 mpa ~ 1.2 mpa, the medium temperature range is -5 c ~ + 40 c, and the gas supply capacity is 3000.8000 NM2/h (standard flow rate) , requirements to determine the size and type of flowmeter.
分析:说明书表6.1中给出的流量范围为工况流量范围，而本例中给出的流量范围是标况流量范
围，因此，必须根据气态方程先将标况流量换算成工况流量，然后再选择合适的口径。

Analysis: the flow range given in table 6.1 of the specification is the flow range under operating conditions, whereas the flow range given in this example is the flow range under standard conditions. Therefore, the standard flow rate must be converted into the flow rate under operating conditions according to the gas state equation, then choose the right caliber. The gas equation is as follows:
表6.2中的数据仅供参考，其数据按天然气的真实相对密度Gr=0.600,氮气和二氧化碳摩尔分数均为0.00计算所得，当介质压力低于0.5MPa时，均可按Zn/Zg=1.00估算。
