CKAS-FLDC800 series intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter is a fully intelligent flowmeter developed by our company with the most advanced technology at home and abroad. 测量原理
Measuring Principle
CKAS电磁流量计广泛用于测量导电液体和液固两相流体的体积流量,其测量原理是根据法拉第电磁感应定律,如下图所示,上下两端的两个电磁线圈产生恒定或交变磁场,当导电介质流过电磁流量计时,做切割磁力线运动,此时会产生一个感应电动势并被两个测量电极检测出来,这个感应电动势大小与导电介质流速、磁场的磁感应强度、导体宽度(流量计测量管内径)成正比,然后变送器将它进行放大,根据管道横载面积计算出体积流量,再通过运算就可以得到介质流量。
CKAS electromagnetic flowmeter is widely used to measure the volume flow of conductive liquid and liquid-solid two-phase fluid. Its measuring principle is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction, as shown in the following figure. The two electromagnetic coils at the upper and lower ends generate a constant or alternating magnetic field. When the conductive medium flows through the electromagnetic flowmeter, it cuts the magnetic line of force, and at this time, an induced electromotive force will be generated and detected by the two measuring electrodes. The magnitude of the induced electromotive force is proportional to the flow velocity of the conductive medium, the magnetic induction intensity of the magnetic field and the width of the conductor (the inner diameter of the measuring tube of the flowmeter), and then the transmitter amplifies it to calculate the volume flow velocity according to the cross-sectional area of the pipeline, and then the medium flow velocity can be obtained through calculation.

用户可以选择正向计量或反向计量(无特殊要求时,出厂正向计量,反向不计量),内部有三个积算器总量,可分别记录:正向总量、反向总量、差值总量。

电磁流量计的选型方法
VII. Selection Method of Electromagnetic Flowmeter
正确选用电磁流量计是保证用好电磁流量计的前提,选用什么样的电磁流量计应根据用户的工艺流程,被测流体介质的物理性质和化学性质,安装使用环境等因素来确定,从而使电流流量计的结构、通径、流量范围、衬里及电极材料、安装环境、输出信号等参数满足测量上的要求。为正确合理地选用流量计可以根据具体使用状况从以下几个方面来考虑。
The correct selection of electromagnetic flowmeter is the premise of ensuring the proper use of electromagnetic flowmeter. The selected electromagnetic flowmeter shall be determined according to the user's process flow, the physical and chemical properties of the measured fluid medium, the installation and use environment and other factors, so that the structure, diameter, flow range, lining and electrode materials, installation environment, output signal and other parameters of the current flowmeter meet the measurement requirements. In order to correctly and reasonably select the flowmeter, the following aspects can be considered according to the specific service conditions.

电磁流量计的体积流量是与流体的流速成正比的,因此已知流量和限制一个流速范围就可以求出电磁流量计的通径。
The volume flow of the electromagnetic flowmeter is proportional to the flow velocity of the fluid, so the diameter of the electromagnetic flowmeter can be obtained by knowing the flow velocity and limiting a flow velocity range.
举例:当传感器口径为“DN65mm”,我们根据电磁流量计的流量范围表,可以看到V=5m/s时,被测流体的体积流量Q≈60m3/h,此时我们设定“被测表量程”为60m3/h。跟着对此FLDC系列口径为65mm的产品进行实流标定并出检定报告:
For example, when the sensor diameter is "DN65mm", we can see from the flow range table of the electromagnetic flowmeter that when V=5m/s, the volume flow of the measured fluid Q≈60m3/h, and we set the "range of the measured meter" to 60m3/h. Afterwards, the FLDC series products with a diameter of 65mm are calibrated in real flow and a verification report is issued:
按照Q≈60m3/h(DN65mm),分别取20%(序号A),60%(序号B),100%(序号C)等三个百分比点,所对应的测试流量进行标定。

‚每个百分比点(序号A, B, C),再分别连续3次进行标定(每次间隔时间为20s)。

♦根据上表7-1中的流量选择相应的电磁流量计,若选择的电磁流量计的内径与现在工艺管道的内径不符,应进行缩管或扩管。
♦The corresponding electromagnetic flowmeter shall be selected according to the flow in Table 7-1 above. If the inner diameter of the selected electromagnetic flowmeter is inconsistent with that of the existing process pipeline, the pipe shall be contracted or expanded.
♦如管道进行缩管,若考虑因缩管引起一些压力损失可以根据附录2"附装异径管压力损失"进行计算。

从产品价格和精度上考虑,可以选择适当流速口径的电磁流量计,同时相对减少投资。

电极材料的选择

♦分体式电磁流量计的传感器可安装于工艺管道上,也可长期埋于地下积水场所(IP68型),而智能转换器安装在仪表室或传感器附近;
♦The sensor of the split electromagnetic flowmeter can be installed on the process pipeline or buried in underground water accumulation places (IP68 type) for a long time, while the intelligent converter is installed near the instrument room or sensor;

输出信号的选择

♦(4~20)mA输出:适用于长距离模拟信号传输的场合;

接地环的选择
Selection of grounding ring
♦接地环用来将被测介质接地,提高电磁流量计测量的稳定性。但接地环需要与被测介质接触,存在被腐蚀和磨损的可能性,需要定期更换。
♦The grounding ring is used to ground the measured medium and improve the measurement stability of the electromagnetic flowmeter. However, the grounding ring needs to be in contact with the measured medium, which may be corroded and worn and needs to be replaced regularly.
♦西森FLDC系列电磁流量计可采用接地电极的结构,其作用是在一般情况下能长期有效的保证接地,保证测量精度,所以一般不再需要接地环。若杂散电流过大,如电解槽沿着电解液的泄漏电流影响电磁流量计正常测量时,建议带有接地环。
♦SISEN FLDC series electromagnetic flowmeter can adopt the structure of grounding electrode, and its function is to ensure long-term and effective grounding and measurement accuracy under normal circumstances, so grounding ring is generally not required. If the stray current is too large, for example, the leakage current of the electrolytic cell along the electrolyte affects the normal measurement of the electromagnetic flowmeter, it is recommended to provide a grounding ring.
♦一些小口径的电磁流量计只有2个电极,用户可根据现场需要配置双接地环。
♦Some small-diameter electromagnetic flowmeters have only 2 electrodes, and users can configure double grounding rings based on the site requirements.
♦在安装接地环时,接地环需要安装在准确的管道位置,以免影响被测介质的流场。

防护等级的选择

♦防护等级应根据实际情况来选择:传感器装在地面以下,如经常受水浸泡,应选用IP68;传感器安装在地面以上非暴露环境的,应选用IP65。

正确选用电磁流量计是保证用好电磁流量计的前提,选用什么样的电磁流量计应根据用户的工艺流程,被测流体介质的物理性质和化学性质,安装使用环境等因素来确定,从而使电流流量计的结构、通径、流量范围、衬里及电极材料、安装环境、输出信号等参数满足测量上的要求。为正确合理地选用流量计可以根据具体使用状况从以下几个方面来考虑。
The correct selection of electromagnetic flowmeter is the premise of ensuring the proper use of electromagnetic flowmeter. The selected electromagnetic flowmeter shall be determined according to the user's process flow, the physical and chemical properties of the measured fluid medium, the installation and use environment and other factors, so that the structure, diameter, flow range, lining and electrode materials, installation environment, output signal and other parameters of the current flowmeter meet the measurement requirements. 举例:当传感器口径为“DN65mm”,我们根据电磁流量计的流量范围表,可以看到V=5m/s时,被测流体的体积流量Q≈60m3/h,此时我们设定“被测表量程”为60m3/h。跟着对此FLDC系列口径为65mm的产品进行实流标定并出检定报告:

♦根据上表7-1中的流量选择相应的电磁流量计,若选择的电磁流量计的内径与现在工艺管道的内径不符,应进行缩管或扩管。

接地环的选择
Selection of grounding ring
♦接地环用来将被测介质接地,提高电磁流量计测量的稳定性。但接地环需要与被测介质接触,存在被腐蚀和磨损的可能性,需要定期更换。
♦The grounding ring is used to ground the measured medium and improve the measurement stability of the electromagnetic flowmeter. However, the grounding ring needs to be in contact with the measured medium, which may be corroded and worn and needs to be replaced regularly.
♦西森FLDC系列电磁流量计可采用接地电极的结构,其作用是在一般情况下能长期有效的保证接地,保证测量精度,所以一般不再需要接地环。若杂散电流过大,如电解槽沿着电解液的泄漏电流影响电磁流量计正常测量时,建议带有接地环。
♦SISEN FLDC series electromagnetic flowmeter can adopt the structure of grounding electrode, and its function is to ensure long-term and effective grounding and measurement accuracy under normal circumstances, so grounding ring is generally not required. If the stray current is too large, for example, the leakage current of the electrolytic cell along the electrolyte affects the normal measurement of the electromagnetic flowmeter, it is recommended to provide a grounding ring.
♦一些小口径的电磁流量计只有2个电极,用户可根据现场需要配置双接地环。
♦Some small-diameter electromagnetic flowmeters have only 2 electrodes, and users can configure double grounding rings based on the site requirements.
♦在安装接地环时,接地环需要安装在准确的管道位置,以免影响被测介质的流场。

防护等级的选择
