CKAS-FLDC800系列智能电磁流量计是我公司采用国内外最先进的技术研制、开发的全智能型流量计，测量精度高、可靠性高、稳定性好、使用寿命长。在设计产品结构、选材、制造工艺、生产装配和出厂测试等过程中每一个环节我们都非常细致严格，我们还自行设计了一套国内目前最先进的，专用于电磁流量计的生产设备和流量实流标定装置，从而在软件和硬件上都切实保证产品长期的高品质。
CKAS-FLDC800 series intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter is a fully intelligent flowmeter developed by our company with the most advanced technology at home and abroad. It has high measurement accuracy, high reliability, good stability and long service life. In the process of designing product structure, material selection, manufacturing process, production assembly and delivery test, we are very meticulous and strict. We have also designed a set of the most advanced production equipment and flow calibration device dedicated to electromagnetic flowmeters in China, so as to effectively ensure the long-term high quality of products in software and hardware.
测量原理
Measuring Principle
CKAS电磁流量计广泛用于测量导电液体和液固两相流体的体积流量，其测量原理是根据法拉第电磁感应定律，如下图所示，上下两端的两个电磁线圈产生恒定或交变磁场，当导电介质流过电磁流量计时，做切割磁力线运动，此时会产生一个感应电动势并被两个测量电极检测出来，这个感应电动势大小与导电介质流速、磁场的磁感应强度、导体宽度（流量计测量管内径）成正比，然后变送器将它进行放大，根据管道横载面积计算出体积流量，再通过运算就可以得到介质流量。
CKAS electromagnetic flowmeter is widely used to measure the volume flow of conductive liquid and liquid-solid two-phase fluid. Its measuring principle is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction, as shown in the following figure. The two electromagnetic coils at the upper and lower ends generate a constant or alternating magnetic field. When the conductive medium flows through the electromagnetic flowmeter, it cuts the magnetic line of force, and at this time, an induced electromotive force will be generated and detected by the two measuring electrodes. The magnitude of the induced electromotive force is proportional to the flow velocity of the conductive medium, the magnetic induction intensity of the magnetic field and the width of the conductor (the inner diameter of the measuring tube of the flowmeter), and then the transmitter amplifies it to calculate the volume flow velocity according to the cross-sectional area of the pipeline, and then the medium flow velocity can be obtained through calculation.

When the flowmeter changes within a wide range of liquid flow, the range can be automatically switched to ensure accurate measurement within the full range, especially suitable for occasions where the day and night flow range changes greatly and control signals need to be sent out.
♦正反流向计量功能

用户可以选择正向计量或反向计量（无特殊要求时，出厂正向计量，反向不计量），内部有三个积算器总量，可分别记录：正向总量、反向总量、差值总量。
Users can select forward metering or reverse metering (if there is no special requirement, the factory default is forward metering, not reverse metering). There are three totalizers inside, which can be recorded separately: forward total, reverse total and difference total.

电磁流量计的选型方法
VII. Selection Method of Electromagnetic Flowmeter
正确选用电磁流量计是保证用好电磁流量计的前提，选用什么样的电磁流量计应根据用户的工艺流程，被测流体介质的物理性质和化学性质，安装使用环境等因素来确定，从而使电流流量计的结构、通径、流量范围、衬里及电极材料、安装环境、输出信号等参数满足测量上的要求。为正确合理地选用流量计可以根据具体使用状况从以下几个方面来考虑。
The correct selection of electromagnetic flowmeter is the premise of ensuring the proper use of electromagnetic flowmeter. The selected electromagnetic flowmeter shall be determined according to the user's process flow, the physical and chemical properties of the measured fluid medium, the installation and use environment and other factors, so that the structure, diameter, flow range, lining and electrode materials, installation environment, output signal and other parameters of the current flowmeter meet the measurement requirements. In order to correctly and reasonably select the flowmeter, the following aspects can be considered according to the specific service conditions.

电磁流量计的体积流量是与流体的流速成正比的，因此已知流量和限制一个流速范围就可以求出电磁流量计的通径。
The volume flow of the electromagnetic flowmeter is proportional to the flow velocity of the fluid, so the diameter of the electromagnetic flowmeter can be obtained by knowing the flow velocity and limiting a flow velocity range.
举例：当传感器口径为“DN65mm”，我们根据电磁流量计的流量范围表，可以看到V=5m/s时，被测流体的体积流量Q≈60m3/h,此时我们设定“被测表量程”为60m3/h。跟着对此FLDC系列口径为65mm的产品进行实流标定并出检定报告：
For example, when the sensor diameter is "DN65mm", we can see from the flow range table of the electromagnetic flowmeter that when V=5m/s, the volume flow of the measured fluid Q≈60m3/h, and we set the "range of the measured meter" to 60m3/h. Afterwards, the FLDC series products with a diameter of 65mm are calibrated in real flow and a verification report is issued:
按照Q≈60m3/h（DN65mm）,分别取20%（序号A）,60%（序号B）,100%（序号C）等三个百分比点，所对应的测试流量进行标定。
According to Q≈60m3/h (DN65mm), take three percentage points of 20% (No. A), 60% (No. B) and 100% (No. C) respectively, and calibrate the corresponding test flow.
‚每个百分比点（序号A, B, C）,再分别连续3次进行标定（每次间隔时间为20s）。

ƒ如序号A的3次连续标定，可以看到被测表的"被测容积值"与标准表的"标准容积值"之间的误差值，如：66.9167-66.8333=0.084, 0.084/66.8333=0.12%。

„因此，西森的FLDC电磁流量计的所有被测标定点的误差都＜0.5%。所以精度完全在0.5%以内。

电磁流量计流量范围表
Electromagnetic flowmeter flow range table
♦根据上表7-1中的流量选择相应的电磁流量计，若选择的电磁流量计的内径与现在工艺管道的内径不符，应进行缩管或扩管。
♦The corresponding electromagnetic flowmeter shall be selected according to the flow in Table 7-1 above. If the inner diameter of the selected electromagnetic flowmeter is inconsistent with that of the existing process pipeline, the pipe shall be contracted or expanded.
♦如管道进行缩管，若考虑因缩管引起一些压力损失可以根据附录2"附装异径管压力损失"进行计算。
♦If the pipe is contracted, some pressure losses caused by contraction can be calculated according to Appendix 2 "Pressure Loss of Attached Reducer".
从产品价格和精度上考虑，可以选择适当流速口径的电磁流量计，同时相对减少投资。
Considering the product price and accuracy, the electromagnetic flowmeter with appropriate flow velocity and caliber can be selected, while the investment is relatively reduced.
电极材料的选择

♦应根据被测介质的腐蚀性来选择电极材料，请查阅介质腐蚀性的相关资料。
♦The electrode material shall be selected according to the corrosiveness of the measured medium. Please consult the relevant information on the corrosiveness of the medium.
♦对于特殊介质应作腐蚀性试验，具体如表7-2所示。

电极材料的选择

♦应根据被测介质的腐蚀性来选择电极材料，请查阅介质腐蚀性的相关资料。

♦对于特殊介质应作腐蚀性试验，具体如表7-2所示。

♦电磁流量计完全省去了转换器与传感器之间的连线，价格及安装费用较经济，显示直观；

♦一体式流量计适用于大多数应用场合，特别适用于低电导率流体介质的流量测量，但不适用于高温流体，剧烈振动，严重滴水和浸水的场合；
♦The integrated flowmeter is suitable for most applications, especially for flow measurement of fluid medium with low conductivity, but not suitable for high-temperature fluid, severe vibration, severe dripping and immersion;
♦若安装在不易接近的场所，则维护不方便；

说明：

♦分体式电磁流量计的传感器可安装于工艺管道上，也可长期埋于地下积水场所（IP68型），而智能转换器安装在仪表室或传感器附近；
♦The sensor of the split electromagnetic flowmeter can be installed on the process pipeline or buried in underground water accumulation places (IP68 type) for a long time, while the intelligent converter is installed near the instrument room or sensor;
♦传感器和转换器分开安装于两个不同的地点，并使用二芯屏蔽电缆线及二芯橡套软电缆线将它们连接起来，一般情况下电缆线长度不能超过30m,以保证测量性能；
♦The sensor and converter are installed at two different places separately, and connected by two-core shielded cable and two-core rubber sheathed flexible cable. Generally, the cable length shall not exceed 30m to ensure the measurement performance;
♦传感器的安装尺寸与一体式相同，转换器为墙挂式安装。

♦实际最高工作压力必须小于流量计的额定工作压力。

工作温度的选择

♦最高工作温度和最低工作温度必须符合流量计规定的温度要求。
♦The maximum operating temperature and the minimum operating temperature must meet the temperature requirements specified for the flowmeter.
输出信号的选择

♦(4~20)mA输出：适用于长距离模拟信号传输的场合；
♦(4~20) mA output: suitable for long-distance analog signal transmission;
♦频率/脉冲输出：用作仪表标定、累积流量输出；
♦Frequency/pulse output: used for instrument calibration and cumulative flow output;
♦Modbus RTU通讯协议（RS485）：可以支持多台电磁流量计联网、长距离数据传输；

用户需要根据实际情况和配套仪器设备来选择输出信号。

工作电源的选择

♦110V/220V（交流）：适用于有交流供电电源的应用场合（常用）；

♦24V（直流）：在防爆等一些特殊应用场合要求使用24V直流电源；
♦24V (DC): 24V DC power supply is required for some special applications such as explosion protection;
接地环的选择
Selection of grounding ring
♦接地环用来将被测介质接地，提高电磁流量计测量的稳定性。但接地环需要与被测介质接触，存在被腐蚀和磨损的可能性，需要定期更换。
♦The grounding ring is used to ground the measured medium and improve the measurement stability of the electromagnetic flowmeter. However, the grounding ring needs to be in contact with the measured medium, which may be corroded and worn and needs to be replaced regularly.
♦西森FLDC系列电磁流量计可采用接地电极的结构，其作用是在一般情况下能长期有效的保证接地，保证测量精度,所以一般不再需要接地环。若杂散电流过大，如电解槽沿着电解液的泄漏电流影响电磁流量计正常测量时，建议带有接地环。
♦SISEN FLDC series electromagnetic flowmeter can adopt the structure of grounding electrode, and its function is to ensure long-term and effective grounding and measurement accuracy under normal circumstances, so grounding ring is generally not required. If the stray current is too large, for example, the leakage current of the electrolytic cell along the electrolyte affects the normal measurement of the electromagnetic flowmeter, it is recommended to provide a grounding ring.
♦一些小口径的电磁流量计只有2个电极，用户可根据现场需要配置双接地环。
♦Some small-diameter electromagnetic flowmeters have only 2 electrodes, and users can configure double grounding rings based on the site requirements.
♦在安装接地环时，接地环需要安装在准确的管道位置，以免影响被测介质的流场。
♦When installing the grounding ring, the grounding ring needs to be installed in an accurate pipeline position, so as not to affect the flow field of the measured medium.
防护等级的选择
Selection of IP grade
♦防护等级应根据实际情况来选择：传感器装在地面以下，如经常受水浸泡，应选用IP68；传感器安装在地面以上非暴露环境的，应选用IP65。
♦The IP grade shall be selected in accordance with the actual situation: If the sensor is installed below the ground and often soaked in water, IP68 shall be selected; if the sensor is installed above the ground in a non-exposed environment, IP65 shall be selected

正确选用电磁流量计是保证用好电磁流量计的前提，选用什么样的电磁流量计应根据用户的工艺流程，被测流体介质的物理性质和化学性质，安装使用环境等因素来确定，从而使电流流量计的结构、通径、流量范围、衬里及电极材料、安装环境、输出信号等参数满足测量上的要求。为正确合理地选用流量计可以根据具体使用状况从以下几个方面来考虑。

♦根据上表7-1中的流量选择相应的电磁流量计，若选择的电磁流量计的内径与现在工艺管道的内径不符，应进行缩管或扩管。

接地环的选择
Selection of grounding ring
♦接地环用来将被测介质接地，提高电磁流量计测量的稳定性。但接地环需要与被测介质接触，存在被腐蚀和磨损的可能性，需要定期更换。
♦The grounding ring is used to ground the measured medium and improve the measurement stability of the electromagnetic flowmeter. However, the grounding ring needs to be in contact with the measured medium, which may be corroded and worn and needs to be replaced regularly.
♦西森FLDC系列电磁流量计可采用接地电极的结构，其作用是在一般情况下能长期有效的保证接地，保证测量精度,所以一般不再需要接地环。若杂散电流过大，如电解槽沿着电解液的泄漏电流影响电磁流量计正常测量时，建议带有接地环。
♦SISEN FLDC series electromagnetic flowmeter can adopt the structure of grounding electrode, and its function is to ensure long-term and effective grounding and measurement accuracy under normal circumstances, so grounding ring is generally not required. If the stray current is too large, for example, the leakage current of the electrolytic cell along the electrolyte affects the normal measurement of the electromagnetic flowmeter, it is recommended to provide a grounding ring.
♦一些小口径的电磁流量计只有2个电极，用户可根据现场需要配置双接地环。
