概述
Overview
CKAS-FLDC800系列插入式电磁流量计是在管道式电磁流量计的基础上发展起来的一种新型流体流量仪表。针对管道式电磁流量计在大管道上安装困难、费用大等缺陷,采用了带压开孔,带压安装技术,插入式电磁流量计可在不停车(水)的情况下安装,也可在铸铁管、水泥管、PE管上安装,为流体流量的检测提供了一种新的手段。
CKAS-FLDC800 series plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter is a new type of fluid flowmeter developed on the basis of pipeline electromagnetic flowmeter. In view of the difficulties and high costs of installing pipeline electromagnetic flowmeters on large pipelines, the technology of opening under pressure and installation under pressure is adopted. The plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter can be installed without stopping (water), or on cast iron pipes, cement pipes and PE pipes, providing a new means for the detection of fluid flow.

♦电磁流量计是设计用于测量电解质流体的,测量原理是基于法拉第电磁感应定律。根据该定律,任何导体通过磁场作切割磁力线运动时,就会产生一个感应电动势:
♦The electromagnetic flowmeter is designed to measure electrolyte fluids, and the measuring principle is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. According to this law, an induced electromotive force is generated when any conductor moves through a magnetic field to cut magnetic lines of force:
♦对插入式电磁流量计来说,管路中导电的液体就是在磁场中运动的导体,两电极间的距离就是导体的长度L。因此,当磁场强度B为常数时,感应电动势正比于运动速度。
♦For the plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter, the conductive liquid in the pipeline is the conductor moving in the magnetic field, and the distance between the two electrodes is the length L of the conductor. Therefore, when the magnetic field strength B is constant, the induced electromotive force is proportional to the motion speed.

传感器的安装
Sensor installation
传感器主要由检测探头,安装法兰和接线盒(对分体式安装)等组成。传感器外形为圆柱体,柱腔内装有用于激励电磁场的励磁线圈,导磁铁芯和两个与流体接触的电极。传感器的安装方法分断流(停水)安装和带压安装两种。
The sensor is mainly composed of detection probe, mounting flange and junction box (for split installation). The sensor is cylindrical in shape, and the cylinder cavity is equipped with an excitation coil for exciting the electromagnetic field, a magnetic core and two electrodes in contact with the fluid. There are two installation methods for the sensor: cut-off (water cut-off) installation and pressure installation.
传感器安装位置的选择
Selection of sensor installation position
传感器可以安装在被测量管道上的任何位置,管道内必须完全充满介质,传感器可安装在水平、倾斜、垂直的管道上。在传感器前最少要有20D,传感器后最少要有10D的直管段。这样即可避免涡漩流,也可提高测量精度。
The sensor can be installed at any position on the measured pipeline, the pipeline must be completely filled with medium, and the sensor can be installed on a horizontal, inclined and vertical pipeline. There shall be at least 20D straight pipe section upstream of the sensor and at least 10D straight pipe section downstream of the sensor. This avoids eddy currents and improves measurement accuracy.
传感器的接地
Grounding of sensor
电磁流量计检测电极拾取的流量信号在µv级,所以外来干扰对它的影响很大。因此,良好的接地效果很大程度上决定着流量计的测量精度。被测的流体本身作为电解质导电体,必须排除其它不相关的电磁干扰。
The electromagnetic flowmeter detects that the flow signal picked up by the electrode is at the μv level, so external interference has a great impact on it. Therefore, good grounding effect largely determines the measurement accuracy of the flowmeter. The measured fluid itself acts as an electrolyte conductor and other unrelated electromagnetic interference must be excluded.
通常流量计是安装在金属管道上,管道一定要连接传感器的PE接头(出厂时已连接好),而PE接头应和良好的地线连接。
Usually, the flowmeter is installed on a metal pipe. The pipe must be connected to the PE connector of the sensor (which has been connected when leaving the factory), and the PE connector should be connected with a good ground wire.
