Working Principle of FLVJ-E Series Vortex Flowmeter
涡街流量计用于测量满管状态下的气体、蒸汽和液体，测量是基于卡门旋涡原理。当介质以一定速度流过三角柱时，在三角柱体两侧后面产生一个交替排列的旋涡带，称之为"卡门旋涡"，由于旋涡发生体两侧交替产生旋涡，于是在发生体两侧产生压力脉动，从而使检测体产生交变应力，封装在检测探头体内的压电元件在交变压力的作用下，产生与旋涡同频率的交变。
The vortex flowmeter is used to measure gas, steam and liquid in a full pipe state, and the measurement is based on the Karman vortex principle. When the medium flows through the triangular column at a certain velocity, an alternately arranged vortex belt is generated behind both sides of the triangular column, which is called "Karman vortex". Since vortices are alternately generated on both sides of the vortex generator, pressure pulsations are generated on both sides of the generator, so that alternating stress is generated in the test object.
