2、流量计的安装位置选择

2.1环境温度:流量计的工作环境温度不低于-20°C,不高于+70C。如受到生产设备的热辐射时,应采取隔热和通风措施。
2.1Ambient temperature: The working ambient temperature of the flowmeter is not lower than -20°C and not higher than +70°C. In case of thermal radiation from production equipment, heat insulation and ventilation measures shall be taken.
2.2环境空气:避免将流量计安装在含腐蚀性气体的环境中,如只能安装在含腐蚀性气体的环境中,需要提供充分的排风措施。
2.2Ambient air: Avoid installing the flowmeter in an environment containing corrosive gas. If it can only be installed in an environment containing corrosive gas, adequate exhaust measures shall be provided.
2.3当测量介质温度高于150°C时,表头可水平或垂直向下安装(见图1),或选分体形式(同样适用于高空、地下等恶劣环境)(见图2),最大延长距离为10米。
2.3When the temperature of the measuring medium is higher than 150°C, the meter head can be installed horizontally or vertically downwards (see Fig. 1), or in a split form (also suitable for harsh environments such as high altitude and underground) (see Fig. 2), with a maximum extension distance of 10 meters.
2.4当流量计安装于垂直或倾斜的管道时,介质流动方向应由下向上(见图3)。

2.5流量计最好安装在室内,必须安装在室外时,应有防潮和防晒的措施。特别注意:雨水不能顺着电缆流入电气接头导致电路损坏,且电气接头必须拧紧,如下图所示。
2.5The flowmeter should preferably be installed indoors. When it must be installed outdoors, moisture-proof and sun-proof measures shall be taken. 2.6机械振动和冲击,流量计的结构是坚固的,不会因振动而损伤,但振动会产生干扰信号,若管道上的振动和冲击强烈,而介质流速又低,则可能导致干扰信号大于流量信号,造成示值误差。因此,流量计应尽可能安装在振动和冲击小的场所,安装位置在(5~20)Hz的振动频率下,要求振动加速度不大于1g或采取减振措施。例如在流量计安装处振源来向的管道上加装固定支撑架。
2.6Mechanical vibration and impact: The structure of the flowmeter is firm and will not be damaged by vibration, but the vibration will generate interference signals. If the vibration and impact on the pipeline are strong and the medium flow velocity is low, the interference signal may be greater than the flow signal, resulting in indication error. Therefore, the flowmeter shall be installed in a place with small vibration and impact as far as possible, and the installation position shall be at the vibration frequency of (5~20) Hz. The vibration acceleration shall not be greater than 1g or vibration reduction measures shall be taken. For example, a fixed support frame is installed on the pipeline from which the vibration source comes at the installation position of the flowmeter.
2.7为便于调试、拆装、现场维护流量计,安装流量周围须有充裕的空间,表头上方净空间至少为0.5米(见图4),若不能保证,安装式应调整安装角度。
2.7In order to facilitate commissioning, disassembly and on-site maintenance of the flowmeter, there must be sufficient space around the installation flow, and the clear space above the meter head shall be at least 0.5m (see Fig. 4). If it cannot be guaranteed, the installation angle shall be adjusted for the installation type.
2.8流量计上游应尽量避免安装调节阀和半开阀,可以根据工艺要求在流量计下游5D之后安装(见图5),若必须安装在流量计的上游,那么流量计上游直管段应不小于50D。
2.8The upstream of the flowmeter shall avoid installing regulating valves and half-open valves as much as possible, which can be installed after 5D downstream of the flowmeter according to the process requirements (see Fig. 5). If it must be installed upstream of the flowmeter, the straight pipe section upstream of the flowmeter shall not be less than 50D.
2.9水击现象:在水平管道上测量蒸汽流量时,流量计安装位置一定不要处于所在管道的低处,因为一段管道的低处肯定是冷凝积存的地方,运行过程中容易产生水击现象,这将严重影响流量计的正常测量,严重时可能会对探头造成损坏,流量计应安装在管道的高处,且在前面管道低处安装疏水阀。
2.9Water hammer: When measuring the steam flow on a horizontal pipeline, the installation position of the flowmeter must not be at the low point of the pipeline, because the low point of a section of pipeline must be a place where condensation accumulates, and water hammer is easy to occur during operation, which will seriously affect the normal measurement of the flowmeter and may cause damage to the probe in serious cases. The flowmeter shall be installed at the high point of the pipeline, and a drain valve shall be installed at the low point of the front pipeline.
2.10流量计的接线位置要远离电噪声,如大功率变压器、电动设备等。

2.11流量计安装点附近不能有无线电收发机存在,否则高频噪声会干扰流量计的正常使用。

3、管道安装与要求(根据"中华人民共和国机械行业标准”,编号JB/T9249-2015)

3.1流量计的上、下游应配置一定长度、无阻塞的直管段。直管段的安装要求见下图。

例如:在DN50的管道上安装内径D=50mm的流量计时,如①所示同径管安装,此流量计要保持上游侧20D与下游侧5D是直管段(且无弯管接头等),上游侧20D=20x50mm=1000mm,下游侧5D=5x50mm=250mm,合计总直管段长1250mm。(当安装直管段无法满足前20D后5D时则至少且必须满足前10D后5D)。

For this flowmeter, the upstream 20D and downstream 5D shall be straight pipe sections (without elbow joints, etc.), the upstream 20D=20x50mm=1000mm, and the downstream 5D=5x50mm=250mm. The total length of straight pipe section is 1250mm. (When the installed straight pipe section cannot meet the requirement of upstream 20D and downstream 5D, at least and must meet the requirement of upstream 10D and downstream 5D).
3.2涡街流量计的上游侧和下游侧应留有与涡街流量计内径相同的直管段。直管段的上、下游长度随管道状况不同而异。涡街流量计的上、下游直管段范围内不应有阀门或旁通管,在涡街流量计的上游侧不应设置流量调节阀。
3.2The upstream and downstream sides of the vortex flowmeter shall be reserved with straight pipe sections with the same inner diameter as the vortex flowmeter. The upstream and downstream lengths of the straight pipe section vary with the pipe condition. There shall be no valves or bypass pipes within the upstream and downstream straight pipe sections of the vortex flowmeter, and no flow regulating valve shall be set on the upstream side of the vortex flowmeter.
3.3涡街流量计在管道上可以水平、垂直或倾斜安装但是当测量液体时,管道内必须充满液体。因此在垂直或倾斜管道上安装涡街流量计,液体的流动方向应自下向上。测量气体与液体的管道安装要求如下图所示。
3.3The vortex flowmeter can be installed horizontally, vertically or obliquely on the pipeline, but the pipeline must be filled with liquid when measuring liquid. Therefore, if the vortex flowmeter is installed on vertical or inclined pipes, the flow direction of liquid shall be from bottom to top. 严禁将流量计安装在低于管道弯头的位置①,容易有冷凝液聚集②,冷凝液会导致气穴和测量不准确。在特定条件下,流量计会受损而导致被测介质泄漏。
It is strictly prohibited to install the flowmeter at a position below the pipe elbow ①, as condensate is easy to accumulate ②, which will lead to cavitation and inaccurate measurement. Under certain conditions, the flowmeter will be damaged and cause leakage of the measured medium.
严禁将流量计安装在高于管道弯头的位置①,有气泡聚集的风险②,气泡会造成压力波动和测量不准确。
It is strictly prohibited to install the flowmeter at a position above the pipe elbow ①. There is a risk of bubble accumulation ②. Bubbles will cause pressure fluctuation and inaccurate measurement.
严禁将流量计安装在垂直向下流动的管道③或出口管的上游④,会有不满管的风险而导致测量不准确。
It is strictly prohibited to install the flowmeter on the pipe flowing vertically downward ③ or the upstream of the outlet pipe ④, which may cause the risk of not filling the pipe and resulting in inaccurate measurement.
4、流量计安装步骤
4.Installation steps of flowmeter
4.1在满足直管段前提下,切一段直管,长度L为M-(20±4)mm。
4.1On the premise of meeting the straight pipe section, cut a straight pipe with a length L of M-(20±4)mm.
4.2将流量计与垫片、法兰、螺栓组合成套,放入切开口处,注意流量计本体箭头方向和角度。
4.2Assemble the flowmeter with gaskets, flanges and bolts, put them into the cut opening, and pay attention to the arrow direction and angle of the flowmeter body.
4.3在管道与法兰接缝处点焊定位。

5、安装中应注意的问题

5.1被测介质流向必须与流量计流通本体上的流向箭头标志一致;

5.2检测放大器与流量计是按照测量范围和公称通径配套的,不能互换。安装卡装式流量计时,可通过专用凹面保证管道和流量计流通本体同心,并注意密封垫不能深入管中;5.3安装流量计的管道内径必须与流量计的内径一致,通常管道内径与涡街流量计表体内径误差应≤2%,否则应重新配管;
5.2The detection amplifier and the flowmeter are matched according to the measuring range and nominal diameter, and cannot be interchanged. When installing the card-mounted flowmeter, the special concave surface can be used to ensure that the pipeline and the flowmeter body are concentric, and the sealing gasket cannot go deep into the pipeline. 5.3 The inner diameter of the pipeline where the flowmeter is installed must be consistent with the inner diameter of the flowmeter. Generally, the error between the inner diameter of the pipeline and the inner diameter of the vortex flowmeter body shall be ≤ 2%, otherwise, the pipeline shall be re-configured.
5.4涡街流量计两侧的密封垫片内径必须与流量计内径一致,严禁使用小于流量计内径的垫片。法兰连接型涡街流量计在安装时要防止两侧垫片部分进入管道内,否则流量计将不能正常工作;
5.4The inner diameter of the sealing gaskets on both sides of the vortex flowmeter must be consistent with the inner diameter of the flowmeter. It is strictly prohibited to use gaskets smaller than the inner diameter of the flowmeter. When installing the flanged vortex flowmeter, prevent the gaskets on both sides from entering the pipeline, otherwise the flowmeter will not work normally.
5.5安装流量计时,禁止带着流量计直接在线满焊,否则满焊时产生的热量会损坏流量计的仪表及电子元件;
5.5When installing the flowmeter, it is forbidden to directly carry the flowmeter through in-service full-length welding, otherwise the heat generated during full-length welding will damage the instrument and electronic components of the flowmeter.
5.6测量高温介质时,切勿用隔热材料把传感器连接杆周围包起来;
5.6When measuring high-temperature medium, do not wrap the sensor connecting rod with heat insulation materials.
5.7安装流量计前应严格清除管道内杂物,如:碎片、焊渣、石块、粉尘等,避免通流后堵塞或杂物在管道内高速运行下撞击传感器导致失灵;
5.7Before installing the flowmeter, the sundries in the pipeline, such as debris, welding slag, stones, dust, etc., shall be strictly removed to avoid blockage after flow passage or failure caused by sundries impacting the sensor under high-speed operation in the pipeline.
5.8测量蒸汽时,首次用汽或蒸汽管道停汽时间长,须慢慢微量开启阀门,等阀门后管道温度升高至蒸汽温度,管道内冷凝水基本全部排出后,阀门两侧压力基本相同后,再慢慢全部打开。否则容易导致管道快速膨胀,损坏管道支架和流量计,与水锤同时作用,后果严重。
5.8When measuring steam, if the steam is used for the first time or the steam pipe is shut down for a long time, the valve must be opened slowly and slightly. After the temperature of the pipe at downstream side of the valve rises to the steam temperature, the condensate in the pipe is basically discharged, and the pressure on both sides of the valve is basically the same, the valve shall be opened slowly and fully. Otherwise, it is easy to cause rapid expansion of the pipe, damage the pipe support and flowmeter. When act simultaneously with the water hammer, the consequences are serious.

1.2Temperature-pressure integrated vortex flowmeter shall be selected in the following conditions:
①不具备接收温度、压力、流量信号的系统或流量积算仪。
①Systems or flow totalizer that do not have the capability to receive temperature, pressure and flow signals.
②测量气体或蒸汽需要温度压力补偿,不愿意单独配置压力变送器、铂电阻。
②Temperature and pressure compensation are required for measuring gas or steam, and it is unwilling to configure pressure transmitters and platinum resistors separately.
1.3当口径≤300mm时,应选择满管式涡街流量计;当口径300≤D≤600mm时,可选择满管式或插入式涡街流量计;当口径≥600mm时,选择插入式涡街流量计。
1.3When the diameter is ≤300mm, the full-tube vortex flowmeter shall be selected; when the diameter is 300≤D≤600mm, the full-tube or plug-in vortex flowmeter can be selected; when the diameter is ≥600mm, the plug-in vortex flowmeter shall be selected.
